Welcome to the home page of the Australasian Association of Anthropologists and Archaeologists. Please use the buttons to access the constitution, code of ethics, membership application form, list of members, list of consultants, and resumes of consultants.

The association was formed in 1991 to provide a forum for anthropologists and archaeologists involved in consultancy work to discuss matters relevant to their disciplines. It was also envisaged that the association would also act as a lobby group and prepare submissions to Government and Industry regarding cultural heritage issues. The association has been quite successful in past endeavours, and will continue this valuable role into the future.

This page has been designed to assist Government, Industry and other parties to contact consultants to obtain advise and services associated with Cultural Resource Management. Our members offer a wide range of expertise encompassing both the historic and Aboriginal past.

It is also hoped that this site can offer a forum for discussion of heritage issues and latest research developments between other researchers, students, proponents and community groups.
